Club Cresswind, the new heart of Cresswind Wesley Chapel, is now open. This central gathering area is more than just a clubhouse- it’s a space that fosters a sense of community, bringing neighbors together in the active adult community.

Residents were treated to a Friday night concert to christen the clubhouse’s bandshell on the spacious event lawn. An exclusive brunch the next day was a huge hit with residents. Both events allowed residents to participate in the social lifestyle Cresswind communities are known for.

Kolter Homes is making significant strides in constructing Club Cresswind at Wesley Chapel, with indoor and outdoor amenities under construction. Since breaking ground on the resident-only clubhouse, the development has progressed rapidly, setting the stage for a vibrant community hub serving Cresswind Wesley Chapel residents.

Vertical construction is complete on Club Cresswind, and the next major milestone is hanging drywall in the interior. Outside, the pool has been dug and poured, vertical work on the pool house is complete, and the tennis courts have asphalt down.
