Center Park Group has delivered the first completed homes at Wellstead at Strawberry, an 84-home build-to-rent (BTR) townhome community in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. The milestone marks an important step toward completion of the community, developed by Charlotte-based Canvas Residential Partners. 

Located near the intersection of Highway 52 and Old Highway 52, the 12.9-acre community offers convenient access to Summerville, Goose Creek and the greater Charleston region. 

Wellstead at Strawberry features three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,451 to 1,775 square feet, each with two-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached one- or two-car garage. Homes feature quartz countertops, shaker-style cabinetry, luxury vinyl plank flooring and modern finishes. Center Park Group has begun vertical construction on Bristol at Lake Norman, a new 187-home build-to-rent townhome community in Iredell County designed to give residents the space and character of a home with the flexibility of professionally managed rental living. 

Located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 21 and Norman Ridge Lane, Bristol at Lake Norman will span approximately 29.6 acres in the Lake Norman submarket of Charlotte. Developed by The Widewaters Group, the community is scheduled to open in February 2027. 

Construction began in June 2026, with Center Park Group serving as the general contractor. Bristol at Lake Norman will feature two- and three-story townhomes with three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,549 to 2,062 square feet.
