Center Park Group, a BTR general contractor and home builder, announces that land development is underway at Cadia Grandview, a 65-home rental townhome community located across from Raleigh’s renowned Crabtree Valley Mall. The community broke ground in January 2026, with leasing expected to begin in the second quarter of 2027.

Center Park Group is serving as the general contractor for the project and will construct the community’s amenity and townhomes on behalf of Pappas Properties LLC, a Charlotte-based developer recognized for delivering mixed-use and residential communities across the Southeast with a focus on intentional design and lifestyle-driven amenities. Cardinal Civil Contracting is leading land development and site work as the project moves toward vertical construction later this year.

Amenities at Cadia Grandview will include a clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center and outdoor gathering spaces, along with a resort-style pool and a dog park designed to support an active and social lifestyle for residents.

Center Park Group Breaks Ground on 5115 Auburn Church Road

Center Park Group, a general contractor and home builder, announces that land development is underway at 5115 Auburn Church Road, a new build-to-rent community near the intersection of East Garner Road and Auburn Church Road in Garner, North Carolina. Horizontal construction began in July 2025, with vertical construction expected to start in Spring 2026.

Center Park Group is pleased to partner with Saxum Real Estate Partners on the project, further expanding the firm’s presence in high-growth Southeast markets. 5115 Auburn Church Road reflects Center Park Group’s long-standing relationships with investors to execute institutional-quality rental housing developments.

As the general contractor at 5115 Auburn Church Road, Center Park Group will deliver 106 ranch and two-story duplex homes designed to meet growing demand for rental housing in the Triangle region. 5115 Auburn Church Road is scheduled to open in phases beginning in the third or fourth quarter of 2026.

Center Park Group announces it will build PNTE35, a new for-sale townhome community at the intersection of Poole Road and Sunnybrook Road in Southeast Raleigh. In partnership with Dukes Properties and Construction, owner and developer of the site, Center Park Group will deliver 35 modern townhomes at PNTE 35, expanding access to high-quality housing in a well-connected, in-town location near Raleigh’s Beltline.

PNTE35 is designed to serve families, first-time buyers and workforce earners within the 60% to 120% area median income (AMI) range, helping meet strong demand for attainable homeownership opportunities in Southeast Raleigh.
