Center Park Group Breaks Ground on The Radler Townhomes in Summerville, SC

Center Park Group, a leading general contractor and home builder specializing in build-to-rent (BTR) development across the Southeast, announces that it has broken ground on The Radler Townhomes, a 114-unit rental home community in the Town of Summerville, South Carolina. The project is situated near the intersection of Interstate 26 and U.S. Route 17, approximately 24 miles northwest of downtown Charleston. 

Vertical construction is scheduled to begin in August 2026, and project completion is expected in Q4 2027. Center Park Group is the general contractor for the townhomes and community amenities, which are being built for Woodfield Development. 

The Radler Townhomes will feature three-story townhomes, delivering a mix of flexible floor plans with two to four bedrooms, up to three-and-a-half bathrooms and 1,788 to 2,401 square feet of modern living space. Some homes will also include private yards, adding desirable outdoor living space. Interiors will feature quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while walk-in closets and one- or two-car garages provide additional storage and functionality.

Center Park Group Expands Charleston Footprint with Berkshire on Clements Ferry

Center Park Group, a leading general contractor and homebuilder specializing in build-to-rent (BTR) development across the Southeast, today announced that construction is underway at Berkshire on Clements Ferry, a 192-home townhome community in Charleston, South Carolina. Vertical construction commenced in April 2025, with leasing anticipated to begin this summer.

As general contractor, Center Park Group is delivering both the vertical construction and community amenities on behalf of TBC Development. Center Park Group Breaks Ground on Wellstead at Strawberry

General contractor and home builder Center Park Group announces groundbreaking of Wellstead at Strawberry, an 84-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community in Moncks Corner, S.C., located near the intersection of SC-52 and Old SC-52. This community will offer residents convenient living near Hwy 52 and major employers in Moncks Corner, Summerville, Goose Creek, and Charleston.
