Center Park Group Expands Charleston Footprint with Berkshire on Clements Ferry

Vertical construction commenced in April 2025, with leasing anticipated to begin this summer.

The townhomes will feature three-story floor plans with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and one-car garages, ranging from approximately 1,174 to 1,182 square feet. Homes will include open-concept living spaces, private bedroom layouts and outdoor areas, creating a flexible living environment suited for young professionals, families and renters seeking a lock-and-leave lifestyle within Charleston’s growing metro area.

Center Park Group Breaks Ground on 5115 Auburn Church Road

Center Park Group, a general contractor and home builder, announces that land development is underway at 5115 Auburn Church Road, a new build-to-rent community near the intersection of East Garner Road and Auburn Church Road in Garner, North Carolina. Horizontal construction began in July 2025, with vertical construction expected to start in Spring 2026.

As the general contractor at 5115 Auburn Church Road, Center Park Group will deliver 106 ranch and two-story duplex homes designed to meet growing demand for rental housing in the Triangle region. 5115 Auburn Church Road is scheduled to open in phases beginning in the third or fourth quarter of 2026.

General contractor and home builder Center Park Group announces groundbreaking of Wellstead at Strawberry, an 84-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community in Moncks Corner, S.C., located near the intersection of SC-52 and Old SC-52. This community will offer residents convenient living near Hwy 52 and major employers in Moncks Corner, Summerville, Goose Creek, and Charleston.
