Essex Homes to Begin Building in the Conservancy at McLean

Lake WylieEssex Homes is excited to be among a select group of elite builders at the Conservancy at McLean, a waterfront community on Lake Wylie in Belmont, North Carolina. Essex will begin construction on the new low-maintenance homes this month and is honored to be a part of the community.

To meet the needs of buyers in the area, Essex’s home designs will be better than ever. The builder will start construction on its ranch-style homes that will range in price from the mid-$240,000s to the mid-$300,000s. The homes will feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms with the option for additional space on the second level that would perfect for a media room or kids room. Homes built by Essex will also have beautifully designed exteriors with the choice of cement siding, brick or stone.

In addition to the homes, the community will offer a variety of amenities for homeowners to take advantage of.  Amenities in the community include multiple pools, cabanas, a clubhouse, community garden, future marina and an outdoor event site. Residents will also have access to Lake Wylie where they can enjoy several different lake activities and picturesque views. The community also gives easy access to the vibrant trails of the Seven Oaks Preserve. In addition, the Conservancy’s homeowner’s association will maintain the front lawns, allowing families to have more time to spend together and make memories.

Home buyers have a lot to look forward to as this new construction project begins. With the great homes, convenient location and even better amenities, buyers don’t want to miss out on the chance of living in an Essex home in the Conservancy at McLean.
