Essex Homes Announces Return of Twice as Nice Buyer Incentive

Essex Homes Twice as NiceEssex Homes announces the return of its Twice as Nice buyer incentive. Now through April 30, 2016, buyers that purchase an Essex home in the Columbia, South Carolina market can double their tax refund up to $10,000.* This incentive can be used designer upgrades or as a reduction on the total cost of an inventory home. Essex Homes Announces Opening of Model Home in Lake View at Barr Lake
