Now through April 30, 2016, buyers that purchase an Essex home in the Columbia, South Carolina market can double their tax refund up to $10,000.* This incentive can be used designer upgrades or as a reduction on the total cost of an inventory home. To take advantage of the refund, buyers must present a copy of their 2015 tax return upon meeting with a Community Sales Manager.
