FrontDoor Communities is excited to announce the success of its model home grand opening oyster roast at Stonoview on Johns Island. Co-hosted with Brock Built Homes, the October 22 event attracted almost 350 guests, including current homeowners and prospective buyers.

The event featured delicious food catered by Sticky Fingers Ribhouse, a Lowcountry barbecue favorite; cold beverages and fabulous door prizes. Sponsor Butler Marine even raffled off a brand new 2016 Key West Boat valued at $30,000. Plus, there was plenty of activities for the little ones. Kids loved the hay rides, choosing a pumpkin, playing in the bounce house and eating some yummy cotton candy.

Along with the festivities, guests were able to tour Stonoview’s model homes, including FrontDoor Communities’ Albrecht model. Showcasing one of the largest home designs, the Albrecht epitomizes Southern hospitality.
