Essex Homes Announces Year-Long Agent Promotion

20160331_EssexExpedition04_eblastEssex Homes is excited to announce Essex Expedition, a year-long agent promotion event. On the first and third Wednesday of each month from now until December 2016, local agents are invited to explore Essex Homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area.

Attendees will be able to enjoy a luncheon at the featured community of the week. In addition, agents will receive a community tour, the chance to meet other local agents, visit other communities in the area and earn a stamp on their Essex Expedition passport at each community they visit. Real estate agents who collect the most stamps by Dec. 14, 2016 will be entered in a drawing for the chance to win a surprise getaway.

The inaugural Essex Expedition on April 6 was a success followed by the second “stamp” at Fieldcrest in Lexington County.  The next event will be held Wednesday, May 4 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Kelsney Ridge in Elgin, South Carolina. The luncheon will take place in the community model home, which is located at 4 Saughtree Lane West. Two weeks later, the next event will take place on May 18 at The Enclave at Silver Creek in Lexington.
