Kolter Homes is making significant strides in constructing Club Cresswind at Wesley Chapel, with indoor and outdoor amenities under construction. When completed, outdoor amenities will include a resort-style pool with sundeck and sun shelves, an outdoor spa, an event lawn with bandshell, pickleball, tennis, and bocce courts. The neighborhood Dog park opened earlier this year.
