Berkshire on Clements Ferry: 192 Build-to-Rent Townhomes in Charleston

Center Park Group, in partnership with The Berry Company (TBC) and Batson-Cook Development Company (BCDC), is excited to announce the start of development on Berkshire on Clements Ferry. Located at 1049 Point Hope Parkway in Charleston, South Carolina, the 40-acre build-to-rent community features 192 townhomes. It is situated in one of the most sought-after areas east of the Cooper River.

Berkshire on Clements Ferry will feature 192 maintenance-free three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom townhomes, each offering approximately 1,209 square feet of living space, including a one-car attached garage. Site work is currently underway, with vertical construction projected to begin in Q1 2025. The first units are expected to deliver to residents in Q4 2025.
